Supervision

I have supervised professionals for a number of years, including:

• Psychologists.


• Employees working as teachers or caretakers.


• Management personnel in schools and daycare facilities.


• Foster parents.


• Social workers working in treatment centers, and in social services.

I use different supervision models, and will adjust the techniques to the supervisees and their specific tasks.

I put emphasis on facilitating a structured and practice-oriented learning process, that will help the supervisees find ways to implement specific goals in their professional lives.
